New London-Springfield Water System Precinct: Grade I Water Treatment, Grade II Water Distribution Operator.

The New London-Springfield Water System Precinct is seeking qualified candidates to fill the full-time position of Grade II Water Distribution, Grade I Water Treatment Plant Operator. The duties include but are not limited to, operating and maintaining water treatment and distribution equipment, monitoring and adjusting water treatment systems, collecting water samples, meter reading, responding to emergencies outside of normal working hours and performing weekend rounds. Must have the ability to work independently, have solid public relation skills and knowledge of water infrastructure construction.
Pay range: $25.00-$30.00 depending on experience and licensing.
Requirements: A valid driver's license; Possession of two of the following certifications: Grade I NH Water Treatment Operator, Grade II NH Water Distribution System Operator, or can obtain these in a reasonable period.
