Voluntary Water Use Restrictions
Due to dry conditions in the northeast, we are asking that Water Precinct customers restrict outside watering to late evening and early morning only.

Fire Hydrant Ordinance
Per RSA 231:36, any person who places snow, ice or other debris which covers a fire hydrant so as to make it inaccessible for immediate use in the event of a fire, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Please notify your landscaping and snow removal personnel to avoid placing snow, ice or other debris on or around fire hydrants near your property.

The New London Springfield Water System Precinct is governed by an elected board of three commissioners. The commissioners meet the the first Monday of the first full week in every month. These meetings are posted. The Precinct employs a Part-time Secretary/Bookkeeper, a full time Superintendent, and two full time Operators. The Billing office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The Superintendent's office is open Monday though Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. The offices are located at 73 Old Dump Rd. New London, NH All meetings are held at the office at 73 Old Dump Road unless otherwise noted.

Meter reading will begin April 1, 2019. Please be aware that our meter reader will be walking through your neighborhood during the first few weeks of April. Please make sure your meter pad is accessible.
